MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, today announced that the new MicroMain Service Escalation module is now available. The latest addition to MicroMain’s current add-on tools, Service Escalation is used with the company’s maintenance and facility management software (CMMS/CAFM).
With Service Escalation, MicroMain customers can specify the types of service requests that will automatically be escalated to one or more staff if not responded to within a designated period of time. When a request for a service marked for escalation is received, MicroMain Service Escalation will continually monitor the request to determine if it has been responded to and will send notifications to assigned staff or contractors based on the time intervals specified. Follow-up notifications will continue to be sent depending upon notification options set for the service.
“We understand that facility management schedules are hectic and sometimes requested services get overlooked,” said Pat Conroy, President of MicroMain Corporation. “The escalation feature makes it easy to ensure that requests for critical services or for important customers are handled quickly and efficiently.”
“We are very excited to make this functionality available to our customers,” said Conroy. “We see Service Escalation as another user-friendly and cost-effective tool for the facility maintenance industry.”
