Work Order Software
MicroMain Maintenance features an easy-to-use work order management system that allows you to assign and track labor, parts, tools, and other information for both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks and work orders. Work orders serve as the basic tracking document in Maintenance for repair history, preventive maintenance, inspections and labor costs. Individual work orders can be grouped together to organize larger projects.
As you create work orders you can add standard services from a preset list or simply type in the description of the work to be done. You can also attach documents/files and set priorities, due dates, and alerts to ensure the work is completed properly and on time.
For distribution, work orders can be printed, attached to email, or forwarded to your technicians’ mobile device. If you use Microsoft Outlook you also can post the work orders in a public folder or attach them to a calendar.
Get the Big Picture
MicroMain Maintenance’s visual work order schedule makes it easy to view work orders and due dates. Color-coded line graphs allow you to quickly check resource availability and make sure you are not overbooked. This is one of our most popular features.
MicroMain Maintenance’s work order solution allows you to consolidate, track, update, and close multiple work orders together – saving time and making it easier to keep your maintenance database up to date.
The MicroMain Mobile add-on module allows your staff and technicians to receive and update work orders on mobile devices. Other paperwork-reducing options include MicroMain Work Request, which allows users and guests to request service over the web then puts the information directly into a work order.
