Terms and Conditions for MicroMain Services

Online Training/Consulting

Classroom Training at MicroMain's Austin Training Center or Regional Training Facilities

Onsite Training/Consulting/Technical Engagements

Online Training/Consulting

Term

Online training classes must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of purchase. For services packages, all online training must be completed within 6 months after the on-site training. MicroMain will make every attempt to schedule the classes within this timeframe. However, it is in your interest to schedule in a timely manner and ensure participants are available for scheduled sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a scheduled online training class may be made with no penalty up to 14 calendar days prior to the start of the scheduled training. If you cancel within this window, you can reschedule your class at a later time. Please note that MicroMain allows you to reschedule your online class only one time. If you miss or cancel a rescheduled class, that class will be assessed 100% of the total cost of that class.

Cancellation of a scheduled online training class made within 14 calendar days prior to the first day of the scheduled training will be assessed 100% of the total cost of the scheduled online training.

Credit Policy

Except for the cancellation policy described above, all payments and fees are nonrefundable.

 

Classroom Training at MicroMain’s Austin Training Center or Regional Training Facilities

Term and Attendance

Classroom training is scheduled for a specific 1-day or 2-day session.

The number of students in each class is limited in order to provide the most effective training.

The name of the student attending the classroom training must be provided at the time of registration. Student substitution from the same company will be accepted. Email substitutions to training@micromain.com as soon as possible. When a class occurs over more than 1 day, daily substitutions are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Credit for cancellation will be made based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellation received more than 30 calendar days before the event: Full Credit toward a future class.
  • Cancellation received 14-29 calendar days before the event: 50% Credit toward a future class.
  • Cancellation received less than 14 calendar days before the event: No Credit

Credit is subject to approval by MicroMain and must be used within 12 months from the original training registration.

Change Policy

MicroMain reserves the right to cancel courses, change course location, change instructors, or change course content. In the event that the location of the course changes, registrants will be informed 14 days prior to the start of the course. In the event that a course must be canceled, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and credit or refund options will be provided.

Customer Travel Costs

Customers are responsible for their own travel costs related to classroom training. In the event that a course must be canceled, MicroMain will not be responsible for reimbursing prepaid customer travel costs. It is recommended that customers schedule and purchase airfare and hotel accommodations with this in mind.

On-site Training/Consulting/Technical Engagements

Term

On-site training and other engagements must be scheduled and completed within12 months of purchase. MicroMain will make every attempt to schedule the on-site engagements within this timeframe. However, it is in your interest to schedule in a timely manner and ensure participants are available for your scheduled training.

Credit for cancellation of on-site engagements will be made based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling request received more than 30 calendar days before the event: Full Credit toward a future engagement.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling request received more than 14, but less than 30 calendar days: 50% Credit toward a future engagement.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requet received less than 14 calendar days before the event: No Credit

Please note that MicroMain allows you to reschedule your on-site engagement only one time. If you must cancel a rescheduled engagement, that engagement will be assessed 100% of the total cost of that class.

Trainer Travel Expenses

Travel expenses include (but are not limited to) airfare, hotel, rental car, and meals. Travel expenses are billed at cost after the on-site training engagement is completed. Please note that a 3-day on-site training engagement requires 4 hotel night stays to accommodate travel. A 4-day on-site training engagement requires 5 hotel night stays to accommodate travel. A 5-day on-site training engagement requires 6 hotel night stays to accommodate travel. International travel requires additional accommodation, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Policy

Except for the cancellation and rescheduling policy described above, all payments and fees are nonrefundable.

 

Users Conference Registration Terms and Conditions

The name of the attendee must be provided at the time of registration.

If you register for the Users Conference and cannot attend, you are still responsible for full payment. Attendee substitution from the same company will be accepted. Substitutions must be emailed to info@micromain.com, one week prior to the Users Conference.

Refund for cancellation will be made based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellation received more than 30 calendar days before the event: Full Refund
  • Cancellation received more than 14, but less than 30 calendar days: 50% Refund
  • Cancellation received less than 14 calendar days before the event: No Refund
