Terms and Conditions for MicroMain Services

 

Users Conference Registration Terms and Conditions

The name of the attendee must be provided at the time of registration.

If you register for the Users Conference and cannot attend, you are still responsible for full payment. Attendee substitution from the same company will be accepted. Substitutions must be emailed to info@micromain.com one week prior to the Users Conference.

Refund for cancellation will be made based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellation received more than 30 calendar days before the event: Full Refund
  • Cancellation received more than 14, but less than 30 calendar days: 50% Refund
  • Cancellation received less than 14 calendar days before the event: No Refund
