On-site training gives you the ability to access your own database and interact with your staff as needed during the training. Many users prefer having the MicroMain trainer focus exclusively on their needs during the on-site sessions. Because you can train different individuals or groups, at your own pace, on-site training provides the best value.
- Basic Training
Many organizations take advantage of the 2-day basic training course at MicroMain’s Training Centers in Austin, Texas, and Chicago, Illinois. With a limited number of participants, you learn the software basics hands-on at your own workstation.
- Express Training
You can also receive express training via the Internet. Standard 4-hour classes focus on basic work orders. You can also use express training for a refresher class, software update overview, reports class, or “choose your own topic” training.
