MicroMain has a dedicated, in-house technical support department. We consider it our priority to ensure our customers receive the best support available in the industry.

30-Day Free Customer Support
All users are entitled to Free Customer Support for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Priority Support Subscription
A Priority Support Subscription (PSS) entitles users to:
- Free product upgrades.
- Unlimited access to our toll-free customer support hotline at 1-888-888-1300
- Email support at support@micromain.com
- Fax support at 512-328-5942
- Discounts on the registration fee for MicroMain's Annual Users Conference.
MicroMain believes that the highest level of support is provided not only with technical support but also with the most current version of the software. The product upgrades ensure that customers are utilizing the latest technology and functionality. This includes changes in operating systems, such as moving to the most current version of Windows®.
Pay As You Go
If you do not have a current Priority Support Subscription, you can still receive support on a pay-per-incident basis. Simply call our support hotline and a flat rate will be charged to the major credit card of your choice.

The primary benefit of your Priority Support Subscription (PSS) is peace of mind. With PSS, you know you will always have the latest software and unlimited technical support.
