Introductory Training for MicroMain Maintenance
This class is designed as an introduction to the software and is for staff and managers who will administer MicroMain Maintenance and use it to process work orders and produce reports. No prior knowledge of CMMS software is required, although knowledge of your business and maintenance processes is strongly suggested.

- Use an organized approach to set up and maintain your CMMS/EAM database
- Navigate the system easily
- Understand the terminology used in the system
- Create, issue and close work orders
- Define and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Track equipment and asset information
- Define and schedule inspection tasks
- Record costs associated with work orders
- Manage purchase orders
- Record part inventories
- Track vehicle maintenance
- Generate reports for maintenance activities
- Use shortcuts for common processes
