Facility Management  Software

MicroMain Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM or FM) software is a complete drawing-based facility management system that helps you manage buildings, assets, and occupants.

MicroMain's Facility Management software allows you to track square footage and space characteristics, satisfy emergency preparation requirements, and analyze costs associated with personnel moves, renovations, department chargebacks, and utility and asset maintenance.

Visualize It

MicroMain Facility Management software uses interactive drawings to access comprehensive records about people, spaces, and assets. Simply click on a space in drawing to view information such as:

  • Type or class of space (BOMA Z65.1 or user defined)
  • Square footage
  • Whether the space is occupied or vacant
  • Maximum occupancy/capacity, occupant history
  • People and department(s) assigned to the space
  • Assets assigned to the space

Facility Management software’s comprehensive reporting capabilities allow you to easily generate graphical reports useful for planning and scheduling moves and other facility management activities. For example, you can see all the vacant space or all spaces assigned to a particular department, or all the common spaces. This feature is extremely helpful for quickly running through a number of space planning options and scenarios right from your desktop.

Easily Import Drawings

MicroMain’s latest version of Facility Management allows you to import and manipulate drawings without a CAD license. Both raster and vector drawing types can be imported to the software with usable drawing quality ranging from scanned paper to precision CAD drawings. Data-rendered drawings can be exported to bitmap format, AutoDeskTM DWF/DWFX format, or copied to the clipboard. This flexibility ensures you can get your facility management system up and running quickly.
