Assessment of Needs
MicroMain’s knowledgeable professionals work with you to assess your needs and determine which areas of facility operations can be improved. This assessment includes analyzing your facility management system, current processes and departmental interactions. Then, together, we’ll develop a plan to accomplish your facility management goals.

Implementation
MicroMain will work with you to identify goals, design an implementation plan and assist with the execution of that plan to ensure success. This process includes identifying your facility data, organizing that data to maximize efficiency and building your facility database.

Data Conversion
MicroMain FM allows you to use your existing data. Rather than recreating all of your original data, MicroMain can migrate your data into your new CAFM program. For over 15 years MicroMain has been converting data. Our time-tested methodology for migrating data is very cost-effective.

AutoCAD Services
Data-enabled drawings in MicroMain FM allow users to visualize and manage space more effectively than standard AutoCAD drawings. Using the data-enabled drawings, you’ll easily locate areas, occupants and equipment; review asset or move histories; and access square footage and specs at a glance. As part of our CAFM services, MicroMain will help you create initial drawings, convert current drawings, standardize drawings, and digitize any paper drawings so that they are ready to be data-enabled for usage in MicroMain FM. Our polylining services, which define boundaries of rooms or other specific types of facility space, help you accurately calculate building and area square footage. As your facilities change over time, we can assist in updating your drawings. MicroMain provides a variety of additional AutoCAD services, including field verification work, as well.

Customization
MicroMain FM is completely user-customizable because it is shipped with the entire source code included. However, many organizations prefer to have MicroMain provide customization due to our CAFM software expertise, proficiency and rapid execution. We will analyze your requirements, design clear specifications and provide firm cost estimates to ensure our CAFM program meets your needs in a cost-effective manner.

Training
MicroMain offers training for our CAFM program. Since a well-trained staff is the key to reaching the highest level of success with your CAFM software, MicroMain offers training packages on-site at your location. Training can also be arranged to take place at MicroMain’s Training Center in Austin. Specific training on MicroMain FM modules, such as fmPOWERTOOLS, will also help you get the most out of your facility management system.

Consulting
By carefully evaluating your drawings and present usage of MicroMain FM, we can help you improve your facility management system operations. Using industry best practices and our CAFM expertise, MicroMain professionals will review your needs and recommend strategies. This could include using your CAFM program to help develop evacuation plans, improve emergency preparedness, or structure contingency plans for utility disruptions. Consulting is typically provided on-site, but MicroMain will work with you any way you prefer.

MicroMain offers a free 30-day customer support period with purchase of MicroMain FM. After your initial 30 days of free support from date of purchase, support is available through a Priority Support Subscription (PSS). With PSS, you receive unlimited toll-free telephone, email and fax support plus free product upgrades. Pay-per-incident options are also available from MicroMain support to keep your CAFM program running smoothly.
