Basic Training for MicroMain Software
A well-trained staff is the key to quality maintenance. MicroMain offers instructor-led, hands-on training courses designed to teach your staff the best possible way to use the MicroMain computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Upon course completion, class participants will have the appropriate skills and knowledge to use MicroMain software successfully.
Who Should Take the Course
This course is intended for maintenance staff and managers who will administer the MicroMain product, use it to process work orders and produce operations reports. No advance knowledge of CMMS is required, although knowledge of your business operations is strongly suggested.
Where the Course Is Held
The MicroMain training course can be conducted at your site or at MicroMain's Training Center in Austin, Texas.
If you choose on-site instruction, please have MicroMainsoftware installed and operable at your site. MicroMain staff can help you complete this setup, if desired. You'll also need at least one personal computer that can access the MicroMain software and your database. The MicroMain instructor can supply a PC loaded with the MicroMain products and sample database if needed. If possible, MicroMain strongly suggests that you supply one PC per student and instructor.
