MicroMain's Maintenance Software Wins
Readers' Choice Award
MicroMain XM Is Top Choice of Today’s Facility Manager Readers
(February 5, 2004) AUSTIN, TX— MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, announced today that its maintenance software won the 2003 Readers’ Choice Award from Today’s Facility Manager (TFM) magazine.
TFM’s readers recognized MicroMain XM™—MicroMain’s computerized maintenance management (CMMS)/enterprise asset management (EAM) system—with the first-place award in the computerized maintenance category. Readers made their selections based on excellence in reliability, value, aesthetics, and customer service.
This year TFM commissioned a third party contractor to conduct a poll that would register preferred vendors and products among readers. Invitations were sent to over 7,500 TFM subscribers requesting participation in the national survey. The magazine reported that the respondents represented a sufficient sample to ensure the results reflected the opinions of the facility executive community.
“When we launched MicroMain XM early last year, our customers let us know how much they appreciated its comprehensive features, including new fleet management, and its ease of use,“ said Pat Conroy, President of MicroMain Corporation. “At MicroMain, we pride ourselves in listening to our customers and doing what it takes to meet their needs.
“We are pleased to have our customer service, as well as our product, recognized by the readers of Today’s Facility Manager,” he added. “These building owners and facility executives know what tools they need to stay competitive, and we are honored they chose MicroMain XM as their first-place choice in computerized maintenance systems.”
