MicroMain and Junot Systems Announce Partnership

MicroMain XM Adds World Class SAP Integration via NLINK

(February 17, 2004) AUSTIN, TX and HOUSTON, TX - MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, and Junot Systems, a leading provider of embedded Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions, today announced their new strategic partnership. With this partnership, customers will be able to take advantage of enhanced functionality by integrating their maintenance management system and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including Oracle Applications and SAP® R/3®. Customers using MicroMain XM™-MicroMain's computerized maintenance management (CMMS)/enterprise asset management (EAM) system-will now be able to take advantage of Junot's patented and certified NLINK™ technology to integrate MicroMain XM with their ERP systems. NLINK provides seamless integration to SAP R/3 and other leading ERP systems. Many organizations using CMMS/EAM systems want to integrate with their ERP systems to reduce labor time and costs, increase information flow, and improve efficiency. For example, a requisition or purchase order for maintenance equipment generated in a CMMS/EAM system often needs to be re-keyed manually in a purchasing system. With an integrated system, the company not only saves labor time in re-entering data but also increases speed in completing the transaction. The improved information flow also ensures accuracy. Changes in business procedures, such as the implementation of a new preferred vendor system, can be made once in an integrated system, which further increases efficiency. Both MicroMain XM and Junot's NLINK integration solutions are fast to implement and designed to scale to a customer's growing needs. NLINK's configuration-based integration platform includes content-based routing, mapping, transformation, and the application of business rules to support unique business processes. Using NLINK, MicroMain XM customers can integrate customized ERP systems quickly and simply without any custom programming. "We welcome MicroMain to our growing list of technology partners," said Pete Slater, President of Junot Systems. "We're pleased that MicroMain recognized NLINK as the integration solution of choice to connect MicroMain XM to its customers' business applications faster, with reduced risk and at a lower delivered cost than would otherwise be possible. NLINK's reliable and flexible integration solution sets enable software companies like MicroMain to increase market share and improve margins."

"We've worked with many of our larger customers to create interfaces between MicroMain XM and back-end ERP systems, such as financials," said Pat Conroy, President of MicroMain Corporation. "With our new partnership with Junot Systems, we'll be able to offer a ready-made, field-proven ERP integration solution to meet our customers' needs. We pride ourselves on providing organizations with great value in our products and customer service, and this partnership will enable us to extend that value in improved efficiency and cost savings."
