New Services, New Senior Project Managers at MicroMain
(December 19, 2007) AUSTIN, TX - MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, today announced the expansion of its professional services and the promotion of staff to Senior Project Managers.
New services related to MicroMain’s software include comprehensive needs assessment for multi-site customers, additional software development service options, and tutorials for user customizations of the program and custom reports.
The tutorials are being provided to users who wish to take advantage of the source code provided with the software, at no additional charge. Many of these users wish to create their own custom reports and customize the application in-house to meet their specific needs. Other new services are being provided at the request of larger customers, who wish to utilize MicroMain software in geographically dispersed locations over the course of long-term implementations.
In support of the new services, MicroMain is pleased to announce that Pam Pfaff and Jeff Meyer have been promoted to Senior Project Managers.
Pfaff has more than 30 years of computer systems experience, and her specialized services include needs assessment, custom reports, data migration, data clean-up, and software/hardware installation and troubleshooting. Meyer has more than 25 years experience consulting and delivering technology products, and his specialized services include needs assessment, computer aided facility management (CAFM) consulting and training, data clean-up, and software/hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Both Pfaff and Meyer have been providing professional services for MicroMain for many years. In their roles as Senior Project Managers, they are providing more long-term engagements with customers, implementing more comprehensive projects, and providing oversight of services provided by other MicroMain staff.
