MicroMain Announces New Alliance Partners

(December 10, 2003) AUSTIN, TX — MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, today announced that it has established strategic alliances with new MicroMain Alliance Partners (MMAP) in the United States.

MMAP, which replaces MicroMain’s former Solution Provider program, enables independent companies to team with MicroMain to solve business challenges for organizations in industries including government, healthcare, education, utilities, hospitality, and manufacturing.

The business challenges are met primarily with services and software related to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, and computer aided facility management (CAFM) systems. The MMAPs will have access to MicroMain XM?, which is available as a CMMS or EAM, and MicroMain FM?, the company’s CAFM product. Partners will also be able to provide appropriate add-on modules, such as MicroMain modules used with PDAs and the Internet, for the core products.

Netlojix—a technologies company specializing in computerized maintenance management systems and services, communications, web development, IT and help desk services—was the first to become affiliated with the new MMAP program. Joe Jurzec, Senior Associate with Netlojix who developed and manages the CMMS services market for the company, has worked closely with MicroMain in providing services to Netlojix clients. Jurzec has provided consulting for both the facilities and clinical engineering sides of the healthcare market and has provided CMMS-specific consulting services for numerous hospitals in the greater Chicago area. Netlojix has offices in Santa Barbara, CA, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL and New York, NY.

New alliance partners in the eastern region of the United States include Eler Technology in Tarrytown, NY; Digital Matics, Inc. in Danville, VA; GRK Services, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA; Management Assistance, Inc. in Grafton, OH; MRG, Inc. in Jamison, PA; Quinn Maintenance Consulting in Milwaukee, WI; and Synergistic FM Solutions, LLC in Reston, VA.

In the western region, new alliance partners include Daymark Solutions in Lenexa, KS; Energy Service Associates in Boulder, CO; Harrison, Walker & Harper, LLP in Paris, TX; Midstate Services in Waverly, MN; OneTrain in Kemah, TX; and WSI Net Pro in Kihei, HI.

These alliance partners in the United States join the international MicroMain Alliance Partners located in Mexico, South America, South Africa, China, and Europe.
