“Arms Dealer for Maintenance Battlefield”
Featured at MicroMain Conference
David Krings from Nobreakdowns.com to Speak at Users Conference
(July 15, 2008) AUSTIN, TX - MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, today announced that David Krings, president and founder of Nobreakdowns.com, will be a featured guest speaker at MicroMain’s Users Conference, to be held October 7-8, 2008.
Krings founded Nobreakdowns.com, the Arms Dealer for the Maintenance Battlefield. The company specializes in building proactive maintenance organizations that are sustained through systematic optimization methods.
A Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, Krings has worked with many manufacturers, utilities and government agencies to improve and refine their maintenance programs. He’s served as manager for projects ranging from a few dozen team members for a few months to corporate initiatives involving thousands of personnel over several years.
Krings created and developed the first distance-learning maintenance process optimization program, called System in a Box®, which is provided through Nobreakdowns.com. This four-phase program enables organizations to implement a proactive maintenance and reliability program at a significant cost savings. System in a Box includes user-friendly tools, printed and audio materials, downloadable forms, and regularly scheduled telephone consulting sessions.
In addition to System in a Box, Nobreakdowns.com provides a professional maintenance review course focused on certification through implementation. Related offerings—such as training, workshops, and maintenance-related tools and resources—are also available.
“We’re delighted to welcome David Krings to our Users Conference, and we look forward to what will surely be a humorous and informative presentation,” said Pat Conroy, President of MicroMain. “Our staff has enjoyed Kring’s witty and down-to-earth approach in his e-newsletter and blog. I’m certain our MicroMain users will appreciate the same qualities as he kicks off our annual conference.”
