MicroMain Expands Management Team

April 22, 2003) AUSTIN, TX — MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, today announced that Timothy Brackett has been named Director of Services. Brackett will be responsible for assessing customer needs and directing activities including training, technical support, assessment, implementation, data conversion/integration, and internal IT.
“Brackett brings a high level of services expertise to MicroMain, and we welcome him to our team,” said Pat Conroy, President of MicroMain. “As the demand for our software has increased in the past few years, so has the demand for services. We’re looking forward to providing a more comprehensive slate of services that will enable our customers to fully optimize their MicroMain software.” Before joining MicroMain, Brackett served as Manager of Education and Implementation Services with ClearCommerce Corporation in Austin, where he built
the professional services department and all services. His experience also includes over 13 additional years of experience in software services, including growing a single-site service operation to a multi-site, international operation as Manager of Education Services with Evolutionary Technologies International in Austin.

Brackett has been a featured speaker at industry events and has received several awards throughout his career. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

MicroMain currently provides professional services, including on-site and off-site training, for MicroMain XM™, its computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and MicroMain XM add-on modules including PDA-based work orders and inspections, PDA-based barcode-enabled asset tracking and inventory control, and Web- and network-based work requests. Professional services also support MicroMain FM™, the company’s computer aided facility management (CAFM) system.
