MicroMain Extends Reach into Eastern Europe

With New Alliance, MicroMain Software Will Be Provided to Customers in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Balkan Countries

(March 22, 2005) AUSTIN, TX — MicroMain Corporation, a leading provider of asset and facility management software and services, today announced that MicroMain Europe has entered into an alliance agreement with Property Perfect Ltd., a property and facility management company located in Budapest, Hungary. Property Perfect will provide MicroMain products to its customers in Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, and Balkan countries.

Headquartered in Basle, Switzerland, MicroMain Europe has been MicroMain’s partner since 2003. MicroMain Europe has worked very closely with MicroMain in developing multi-language versions of the company’s software aimed at the European market. These “Gold” versions include MicroMain XM™, the company’s flagship computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)/ enterprise asset management (EAM) system, and MicroMain FM™, its computer aided facility management (CAFM) system.

MicroMain’s software will be translated into Hungarian as a result of this new alliance with Property Perfect. The International version of the software currently supports English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German.

The comprehensiveness of MicroMain’s software, as well as its modular approach, were key factors in Property Perfect’s decision to partner with MicroMain Europe. Property Perfect also appreciated the software’s multi-language capability, including the fact that languages may be chosen by individual users and that multiple languages are connected to a single database.
