Conference Agenda

Monday, November 9
6-8 pm, Registration and Welcome Reception, Radisson Hotel

Tuesday, November 10
Day 1 of the Users Conference. Registration continues in the second floor lobby mezzanine of the Radisson Hotel. Breakfast begins at 8:30 am; General Session Kick-Off at 9:30 am. Breakout Sessions and more group General Sessions fill the day until 4:30 pm.

Customer Appreciation Night
Tuesday, 6 to 9 pm at Speakeasy on Congress Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets. Join MicroMain for a traditional fajita dinner followed by live music by Red Carpet Chaos. Be ready to dance the night away!

Wednesday, November 11, 2014
Day 2 of the Users Conference. Breakfast begins at 8:30 am followed by an action-packed day of events. The conference wraps up at 3:30 pm.

What’s New in Maintenance 8.5: Reports and Dashboards (Maintenance)
Learn more about a whole new way to generate reports as well as a new dashboard coming in Maintenance 8.5.

Mastering Work Orders: Primary Users (Maintenance)
Find out how to create, issue, update, and close out your work orders using MicroMain Maintenance software. Did you know that you can view specific work orders or use filters to display just what you want? Learn work order best practices.

Maintenance Labor Scheduler (Maintenance)
The labor scheduler feature in Maintenance 8 allows you to drag and drop work orders to available labor on a week-by-week basis. Set default labor schedules and assign labor to shifts to easily see who is available when. Use the workload matrix for summary labor info such as number of assigned work orders and estimated time for completion.

Getting the Most Out of Maintenance: Managers/Administrators (Maintenance)
Find out how to use the Control Center in MicroMain Maintenance. Manage Work Request and Mobile options. The Control Center includes the Security Administrator, which is optional; you can use Security if an Admin wishes to limit access to parts of the Maintenance program and types of access (full rights to read only).
