Timesheets
Timesheets give your workforce a quick and easy way to enter time spent completing maintenance tasks.
You can track not only labor time related to work orders, but also time spent on administrative tasks and break times. You can track the type of labor hours posted, as well—such as regular, overtime, vacation, bereavement, or jury duty. With all hours accounted for in a day or a week, supervisors can evaluate time spent on specific tasks and make better decisions regarding labor resources.
This functionality also allows you to secure transaction approvals before timesheets are submitted. A simple email report feature makes it easy to request approvals before staff and contract labor post their time.
You can also use the timesheet tool to add and update work order labor and update work order status.
The timesheet entries, labor additions to the work orders, and work order status changes are posted to the MicroMain database, updating appropriate records. For example, a log allows you to view, at a glance, all transactions related to standard posted timesheet hours, new labor assigned to a work order, work order updates, and work order status changes. Standard reports also help you view additional detail, such as labor lists, productivity summaries, pending transactions, and completed work order lists and analysis.
