Contracts
If you use any contractors to provide services for your organization, you can store detailed contract information and improve record-keeping in your organization. This functionality allows you to track the status of contracts, such as completed or canceled, and manage contract costs, such as assigning the cost to a specific account or maintenance category.
In addition, you can allocate the contract’s costs to the contract’s associated assets, if you desire. You determine the allocation based on a default percentage of costs, an even allocation across all associated assets, or your own manual entry of costs.
