Work Order Service Escalation

MicroMain Work Order Service Escalation ensures that critical services are addressed with the urgency necessary for smooth operation of your facility. You determine which services require prompt attention at the time of the initial request. Escalation parameters are an option that can be added to the service record.

With Work Order Service Escalation, an email is sent to a designated person when the work order request is created for the service. Follow-up notifications will be sent in the event that the initial notification does not receive response in the allotted time.

In the event of a service being escalated, additional people can be notified multiple times. An escalation log tracks the emails sent.
