Rounds
MicroMain Rounds helps you setup security checkpoints for your assets. The checkpoints describe the characteristics of the assets to be monitored as well as possible corrective actions. For example, doors can be checked to ensure they are locked, lighting can be checked to make certain lights are off, and alarms can be inspected to make sure they are properly armed. Corrective actions would include locking doors, turning out lights and setting alarms. If failed checkpoints need further action, corrective work orders can be created.
Rounds can be performed in groups and at various frequencies such as the beginning of shifts, end of shifts, or on Fridays. The checkpoints for each asset can be sequenced for efficiency in making the round.
The results of the round can be recorded and reported. In addition, your rounds can be viewed on the Rounds Log. The log shows when rounds were started, what assets were visited, the checkpoints updated, and when the round was completed. From the log, failed checkpoints can be identified and you will be able to see if a corrective work order was created.
