Sales – Account Manager

Responsibilities include:

Prospect and identify potential sales opportunities

Aggressively pursue marketing-generated leads

Manage sales cycle from initiating relationships to sales close

Manage accounts to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

Report sales activities and performance goals

Respond to technical and product inquiries, including proposals

Conduct product demonstrations

Obtain industry knowledge, including vertical expertise

Maintain current contact information in database

Participate in annual Users Conference

Participate in product development and customer service initiatives

Participate as member of Sales Team

Qualifications:

Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Absolute personal and business integrity

Strong technical knowledge and ability to present software products

Demonstrated success in sales

Experience and/or contacts in the asset, maintenance, and facility management industry a plus.
