Sales – Account Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and identify potential sales opportunities
- Aggressively pursue marketing-generated leads
- Manage sales cycle from initiating relationships to sales close
- Manage accounts to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Report sales activities and performance goals
- Respond to technical and product inquiries, including proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Obtain industry knowledge, including vertical expertise
- Maintain current contact information in database
- Participate in annual Users Conference
- Participate in product development and customer service initiatives
- Participate as member of Sales Team
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Absolute personal and business integrity
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to present software products
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Experience and/or contacts in the asset, maintenance, and facility management industry a plus.
