xmLABOR Labor Time Entry Accurately track all labor time and simplify your labor management.  xmLABOR™ is an integrated labor timesheet program that helps you easily manage and track time for your staff and contract labor. This module posts labor time and work order-related data to MicroMain XM ™.
Using xmLABOR, staff and contract labor enter time and additional information without accessing the MicroMain XM base system. The labor workforce views only timesheet fields and needed maintenance work order details. This allows you to maintain tight security regarding additional work order information, such as name of requester. You are also able to shield sensitive information in MicroMain XM, including labor wage rates and other financial data.
With xmLABOR, you can track not only labor time related to work orders, but also time spent on administrative tasks and break times. You can track the type of labor hours posted, as well—such as regular, overtime, vacation, bereavement, or jury duty. With all hours accounted for in a day or a week, supervisors can evaluate time spent on specific tasks and make better decisions regarding labor resources.
xmLABOR also allows you to secure transaction approvals before timesheets are submitted. A simple email report feature makes it easy to request approvals before staff and contract labor post their time. These approvals can be used for compliance regulations, such as those required by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
In addition to tracking time, you can manage labor with xmLABOR. Without accessing MicroMain XM, your users can add labor or other costs to work orders. Work order status can be easily updated, as well.
You can easily generate labor-related reports, including time spent on work orders, administrative tasks, or other activities. xmLABOR also gives you a simple way to email labor status reports to your maintenance staff.
