The cost of MicroMain’s 2009 Users Conference is $795. A $100 discount is available with an active Priority Support Subscription. Renew or sign up today to take advantage of this extra discount.

An additional $100 discount is offered for early registration—by August 28, 2009.

After you register, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be received by August 28, 2009 in order to secure your discounted registration.

The registration fee includes all meetings, sessions, speakers, materials, and meals during the event and receptions. Travel and hotel/parking are not included.

The name of the attendee must be provided at the time of registration. If you register for the conference and cannot attend, you are still responsible for full payment. Attendee substitution from the same company will be accepted. Substitutions must be emailed to conference@micromain.com prior to September 28, 2009.

Refund of registration fees will be made based on the following schedule:
• Cancellations received by September 14, 2009: Full Refund
• Cancellations received from September 15 to September 28, 2009: 50% Refund
• Cancellations received after September 28, 2009 No Refund

Conference check-in will take place at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown on Monday, October 12, 2009 between 5:00pm – 7:00pm, which is also the time of our Welcome Reception. Conference check-in will also take place Tuesday, October 13th between 8:30am – 9:00am.
