Registration and Payment Information
The cost of MicroMain’s 2008 Users Conference is $795. A $100 discount is offered for early registration—before August 25, 2008.
 An additional $100 is available with an active Priority Support Subscription. Renew or sign up today to take advantage of this extra discount.
After you register, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be received by August 25, 2008 in order to secure your discounted registration.
The registration fee includes all meetings, sessions, speakers, materials, and meals during the event and receptions. Travel and hotel/parking are not included.
Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
The name of the attendee must be provided at the time of registration. If you register for the conference and cannot attend, you are still responsible for full payment. Attendee substitution from the same company will be accepted. Substitutions must be emailed to conference@micromain.com prior to September 22, 2008.
Refund of registration fees will be made based on the following schedule:
Cancellations received by September 8, 2008: Full Refund
Cancellations received from September 8 to September 22, 2008: 50% Refund
Cancellations received after September 22, 2008 No Refund
Conference Check-In
Conference check-in will take place at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown on Monday, October 6, 2008 between 5:00pm – 7:00pm, which is also the time of our Welcoming Reception. Conference check-in will also take place Tuesday, October 30th between 8:30am – 9:00am.
