Get Set Up Fast
MicroMain FM makes it simple to enter your data—people, spaces, business units, and equipment—and then organize it in the way that makes the most sense for your organization. MicroMain also makes it easy to extract personnel data from Active Directory and import that into MicroMain FM. Also add or remove people easily from the list or move them to different spaces, depending on what space is available.

You can import drawings from multiple sources, including JPGs. Built-in tools make it easy to polyline the spaces in drawing layers. You can then edit the base, edit spaces, and link and unlink those spaces with your data.

Organize Your Space
With this software, you can define space classes and space types or use the pre-loaded standards. Dual IFMA/BOMA classifications are also included for area types. Spaces-over-capacity and vacancies are also determined automatically as personnel is placed or removed from spaces.

Room numbering is easy with MicroMain FM. Rooms can be generated individually or in sequenced number ranges with prefixes and suffixes, which simplifies searches.

See business units or occupancy at a glance with color-coding and fill patterns. You can also easily view spaces as to type (assignable or common, for example), square footage, and capacity.

Track Moves
